Here at Tagliata Brasserie we are passionate when it comes to all things meat. We specialise in meat of all kinds, cuts and tastes, so whether you’re craving a fiorentina, t-bone, perfectly grilled fillet, succulent rump or tagliata di manzo (slices of beef), we have got you covered. Our philosophy is simple: use all parts of the animal and cook them according to traditional Tuscan recipes. Not only that, but we also offer dishes cooked in Brazilian-, Uruguayan-, Spanish- or Argentine-style, so you can experience meats of the world. Our decor is rustic, complete with wooden rafters and furnished with wooden pieces, and we take pride in ensuring the atmosphere of our restaurant on via IV Novembre is friendly and warm, so you’ll always feel at home here at Tagliata Brasserie. We’re open from Wednesday to Sunday in Grinzane Cavour, in the province of Cuneo – we can’t wait to welcome you for an unforgettable feast!
