The philosophy of our menus is simple. Try to offer each guest a selection of meats according to their tastes or even just the inspiration to allow them to “compose” their own perfect menu.

The “World Meat Tasting” menu is the synthesis of an experience that will transport you thousands of kilometers, as far as the distant lands of Argentina and Brazil, famous for their culinary traditions regarding the preparation of meat and also their particular cuts.

Well-known examples include the Brazilian Picanha, the Argentine Angus rump, and the Uruguayan Black Angus steak. The journey ends with a return from the old continent to Spain: at La Tagliata Brasserie in Grinzane Cavour you can also enjoy an authentic and tasty Entrecot of prestigious Galician steak.

6 courses each and 5 different menus for all tastes and all appetites.

The Light Menu is the perfect choice for those who want to keep it light but still enjoy tasty dishes such as the very soft Filetto del prete and the tasty Fassona sausage; whilst the Medium Menu includes cuts such as delicious pork belly and Tagliata di Noce. The Maxi Menu instead includes cuts such as the Cuore di Scamone (rump steak) and the Costata di Fassona.

Of course there is also the à la carte menu where everyone can choose the dishes they prefer from their starter through to dessert.
